Thank you for applying to teach at our 23rd South African National Quilt Festival, hosted by Dias Quilters’ Guild in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) in July, 2026

Requirements for Application

• Section A - Teacher's Bio (To be completed for all class types)
• Section B - All Classes: Half Day/Full Day/One-and-a-half Day/Beginner 2 Day Class (Complete for relevant class)
• Section C - 1 Hour Classes (To be completed for quick workshops with kits)
• Section D - Specifications for Photographs (To be completed for all class types)

Please complete section B and C for every class applied for.  If you would like to apply for more than 1 class, please submit another application on-line.

Please only use full stops (periods) and commas for punctuation. In the event of special characters, rather write out the word.

The classroom will have basic equipment to be shared and not removed by students.

• Irons & ironing boards,
• Rotary cutters, cutting mats, and rulers
