Mari knows no boundaries and has a talent for teaching. She believes that every quilter has the power and potential to create something beautiful. Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, making mistakes, and having fun. Mari tries to equip her students with as much knowledge as possible to encourage them to move on to create from within themselves in a stress free environment. By empowering her students she urges them to develop their own unique style, not just duplicating a class. She wants them to have fun, expand their skills and enjoy the creative process. The smile on a student’s face when she has mastered something is her reward.
